Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping at Gel-Nails.com. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return it for store credit by following the guidelines below.

1. Return Window

You have 15 calendar days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return.

2. Conditions for an Accepted Return

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • It must be new, unused, and in a resalable condition.
  • It must be in its original, undamaged packaging.
  • Product seals must be intact and not broken.
  • The item must not have been damaged through customer use or abuse.
  • The item must have been purchased directly from Gel-Nails.com.

Returned products will be inspected. If we determine that an item has been used, damaged, or tampered with, it will be considered non-refundable.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for any reason on the following items:

  • Nail Polish or UV Nail Polish
  • Nail Files
  • Pedicure and Manicure Implements
  • Lotions, or liquids of any kind
  • Any item with a broken product seal

4. How to Make a Return

  1. Request an RMA Number: Please email us at support@gel-nails.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA number.
  2. Package Your Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging.
  3. Ship the Item: Ship the item back to the address we provide. You are required to use a shipping service that provides both insurance and a tracking number. You are responsible for all return shipping costs.

5. Store Credit, Fees, and Deductions

  • Refunds are issued as Store Credit only after your return has been received, inspected, and authorized.
  • 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.
  • If your original order qualified for free shipping, the actual outbound shipping charge we incurred will be deducted from your store credit amount.

6. Exchanges

Exchanges are processed as a return. Please follow the return process outlined above. Upon receiving and approving your returned item, we will issue you a store credit. You may then use this store credit to place a new order for the item you wish to exchange for. Please note you are responsible for all shipping charges.

7. Incorrect Items (Our Error)

If you received the wrong product due to an error on our part, please contact us immediately at support@gel-nails.com. We will arrange to send you the correct product and will cover the associated shipping costs.
